Initial Meeting

  • Walk through of the project
  • Preliminary conversation about client goals and objectives
  • Schematic solutions to the clients needs are discussed
  • Review of the proposal and budget discussion with client

Step 1

Existing Conditions Documentation

If project is New Construction, skip to Step 3
  • Additional discussion of client needs, expectations, and possibilities
  • Measurements are taken of the entire project area are taken
  • Used as a baseline for the remainder or the project

Step 2

Schematic Design

  • Multiple design options developed and presented to client
  • Review options with client to hone in on final design
  • Floor plans and 3D Model of design created

Step 3

Construction Documentation

  • Documents prepared sufficient to obtain a building permit
  • Documents will also be sufficient to obtain contractor bids and inform construction
  • Floor plans, ext/int elevations, wall section, detailed 3-D renderings and plot plan created

Step 4

Construction Administration

  • Pre-construction meeting to review pertinent information and answer questions
  • Post-demolition visit to determine if design changes are needed
  • Ongoing construction visits throughout as needed
